Staten Island Student Sparks Hospital Education Series

SIhospitalTottenville High School student Ryan Sipp was working at Staten Island University Hospital as part of his school’s CTE Med Lab program when he suggested to the hospital staff that students would be interested in the work that they do. After networking with teachers, students, doctors and hospital administrators, the result was “Exploring Health Care Careers”, a regular lecture series designed to introduce high school students to careers in medicine and related health professions.
